ATTN: ALL POA OWNERS
We recently have had reports of non-owners or outsiders using our dumpsters. The most recent incident occurred on a Saturday, the day after the dumpsters were emptied. The dumpster had a picnic table, at least one car battery and several cans of paint dumped in. The car battery and paint are illegal to dump. The vehicle that dumped these items was a white pickup truck. Unfortunately we did not get much more description than that. Please be vigilant, and watch for vehicles coming into our park that are carrying unusual stuff. If you see someone using our dumpsters that does not belong here, please get a picture or license number and a description and give it to any Board member. We cannot afford the fines and / or service being discontinued due to illegal dumping.
